Data collected from on-line survey of Haitian American participants reviewing ad concepts created to promote COVID-19 vaccination as well as student ratings of ads using cultural resonance checklist.

Steps to reproduce
A "perceived effectiveness" score was created for each ad. Open ended comments were reviewed and classified as positive or negative and details noted. The code book can be used to interpret the data. The PDFs show the sections of the ads that were scored using the Cultural Resonance Checklist. We compared the checklist rankings to the PE rankings to assess the preference for each ad.
